It offers cashlike tenor with meaningful carry over moneymarket rates, while keeping duration and credit risk contained. Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) provides the strongest credit anchor in the set. Its 4% 2027 notes yield 7.06% and its 3.75% 2028 notes yield 7.67%, both rated A, giving investors high carry from a wellrated U.S. financial issuer. Chinese and Hong Kong issuers add relative value. HENINV 5.1% 2027 yields 6.09% and HNYUZI 5.9% 2027 yields 6.03%, though several names lack published ratings, so credit verification is essential. The 14.24% yield on Barclays' 4.45% 2028 looks like an outlier that should be validated before it informs any allocation decision.
